It's time for the third annual Scrubs vs. Suits basketball game! Each year, Greensboro's finest doctors and lawyers battle it out on the basketball court to benefit a non-profit in our community. Below, learn more about the 2019 game.

Scrubs vs. Suits 2019

WHEN: Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 2:30 p.m.

WHERE: Page High School Gym, 201 Alma Pinnix Drive, Greensboro

Join us at the third annual Scrubs vs. Suits MD/JD Challenge to cheer on Greensboro’s doctors and lawyers as they play for bragging rights in a basketball showdown! The game’s real winner will be Fellowship Hall, a local nonprofit committed to helping people who suffer from alcoholism and drug addiction.

This festive community event will include a silent auction, concessions and activities for kids. Our event in 2018 raised $34,000 for Sanctuary House; our goal is to raise at least $40,000 this year!

Featuring a coaching showdown by UNC legend Phil Ford and Duke star Gene Banks! Click here for team rosters.

The game’s real winner was Sanctuary House, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to the recovery and rehabilitation of adults living with serious mental illness. The funds raised through Scrubs vs. Suits will specifically support the organization’s growing employment program, which helps members gain the skills they need to find purpose in the workforce again.

Many thanks to everyone who supported this important cause by coming to the game, bidding on an auction item, or becoming a sponsor. Click here for the organizations and individuals who supported us this year!

The event included fun for the whole family, with a silent auction for adults; pompoms, magic and activities for kids; and yummy concessions for all, featuring treats from Sanctuary House’s bakery, A Sweet Success.
